RE: Michael Powell
Brilliant. Does seem life after full time cricket is working out exceptionally well for Michael and its well deserved. Hope it is a warm up for us.
Good luck sorting Navdeep though, Mike! The Kookaburra Man Sugar (stat) of the year award 2009 From DD Truest Bear of the year award 2010 |

OK, so he didn't have a great career as an opening batsman for us (probably not helped by the extra responsibilities as Captain); but he could be 'just the ticket' as a Batting Coach in the near future, it it works out in Scotland (it did for Molesy) - and we desperately need someone to replace NA (see my other posts) ! |

RE: Michael Powell
KIM: If MJP is ''High Performace batting coach'' will he be involved with Poonia?
This is because somebody told me last year in both the second XI one day and 3/4 day games his batting avearge was under ten. It would give a mighty challenge to even a mighty statto to make that look good .......... |
